Lina's Lines LLC, operating as Lina's Lines Tattoo Studio, offers optional SMS communication programs to provide clients with service-related information and promotional updates.

Appointment, Aftercare & Service Messages
Clients who opt in to informational SMS may receive:
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
  • Tattoo aftercare instructions.
  • Healing follow-ups and check-ins.
  • Touch-up information.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys and requests for reviews.
  • Customer support and responses to inquiries.

Marketing & Promotional Messages
Clients who separately opt in to marketing SMS may receive:
  • Special offers, promotions, and discounts.
  • Last-minute appointment availability.
  • Tattoo model opportunities.
  • Studio events and announcements.
  • Information about artists, services, and new offerings.

2. Consent and Enrollment
Clients may enroll in either or both SMS programs by selecting the corresponding optional, unchecked consent checkbox on our client registration or consent forms.
Consent to receive marketing messages is collected separately from consent to receive appointment, aftercare, and service messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on appointments, client interactions, healing follow-ups, and occasional promotional campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Lina's Lines.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent under the canceled subscription unless you opt in again.
